Technology - One-Piece Construction

Bont builds its high-end boots using a method we call One-Piece Construction. It is a skilled, time-intensive process that costs more to produce, but it allows us to create boots with unmatched performance and responsiveness.

Most boots on the market are made using a two-piece method, where the liner and outer skin are glued onto a pre-made base. In a two-piece boot, much of the stitching is cosmetic and added before the boot is assembled, so it does not contribute to the structure.

In a Bont one-piece boot, the stitching is fully functional. It connects the outer skin directly to the anti-stretch material, which is bonded to the carbon base. This construction creates a stronger, more durable boot with better power transfer and stability.
