Bont uses advanced computer-aided stress testing to ensure every frame can handle months of skating without developing metal fatigue, a common cause of frame failure. Each design is first evaluated in our 3D simulation system, which analyzes strengths and potential weak points under real skating loads.

If any adjustments are needed, the design is refined and tested again until it meets our standards. Only then is the frame sent to our elite inline athletes for real-world testing and final feedback.
