Technology - 6061 T6 Aluminum

6061 is a highly versatile aluminum alloy, which makes it ideal for extrusion and machining. It offers strong anti-corrosive properties and, importantly for inline racing, it is not a brittle metal. This gives it better resistance to stress fatigue over time.

6061 also finishes beautifully. It anodizes and polishes well, which is how we achieve the premium look on this frame.

The T6 temper means the frame has been solution heat treated and artificially aged to increase hardness and overall durability. During this process, the extrusion is held in a special jig to prevent twisting and ensure precise alignment.
